Your side still lost: either Davis complies with the court order and her county stats issuing marriage licenses, in which case us non-bigots have achieved our win condition (I'd remind you that this was literally exactly the deal that Davis was offered and refused after her first go around in court) or she doesn't comply with the order, goes back to jail, and the county continues to issue gay marriage licenses as it has been doing in her absence.

There is no possible way this goes in which we don't win, and your side doesn't lose, but if it makes you feel better for you and yours to cling to this tiny, irrelevant side point like the rats on a sinking ship that you are, then so be it.

This, IMHO, demonstrates that it's not about her personal religious conviction to not be forced to sanction same-sex marriages - but rather, stopping them altogether.
