If you're interested in "big moves" I would say Jeremy's biggest move was when he played his idol for Stephen - only in hindsight do we know what a bad move that would eventually be, but in the moment he was using a tool at his disposal to keep his closest ally in the game. Stephen was Jeremy's strategy shield the way Jeremy was using Joe as a meat shield - keep movers and shakers out front and they'll always be voted out before Jeremy because they're seen as the bigger threats. Stephen and Joe are now both gone, but Jeremy is still in. I sometime think that people don't really appreciate the subtler game play of players like Jeremy and Kelley...
