Officials said Tyree, 31, died Aug. 27, 2015, of internal bleeding due to trauma. When the deputies were arrested a week later, Santa Clara County Sheriff Laurie Smith described the alleged beating as "heinous and cowardly."

At the time, Tyree was being held on misdemeanor drug and theft charges and was being housed in a wing of the main jail for those in protective custody or who have special needs. While in sheriff's custody, Tyree was waiting for a bed to open at a residential treatment program.

No, I'm pointing out that the maniac is trying to paint the cops as out of control, and he's failing badly. There are about 800,000 cops in the US these days, and he can find an egregious shooting every day or two. Call it 200 shootings a year. He paints ALL OF THEM as improper, of course, because if he only went with the ones that actually unjustified he'd be at 30-50 posts a year, and that just wouldn't suit his agenda. 

And please, enough of the strawmanning, the maniac is bad enough.

I don't think that bringing awareness so crooked cops is a bad thing. Unless you don't want it done because you're uncomfortable with the fact that this is the reality now. This is what happens. All over.
