Might as well just start putting all small children cages, then, because it's very rare for anyone that young to not spend a large part of their day being disruptive. Unless every child has a personal caretaker to keep them entertained, it's going to happen, and in the first grade you have one teacher managing a dozen or more children. What do they expect?

SRO's are a problem.

Killed By Police 2018 shows that through March 30 the cops had killed 317 people for a rate of 3.5 per day. This is slightly higher than the last year's 3.3 but is to be expected with the administration running the country. I wonder what their target goal is? 5 a day? 6?
Really 3.5 a day! its like a war zone over there.
