So...unless my eyes are deceiving me...the "cop" was in plain clothes...runs up with his gun out shouting but never ID'd himself as a cop and is surprised when the car tries to get away?  At no point was the cop in any danger of being run over...unless a car can go sideways and he just blew the guy away.

Bullshit but typical of the license to kill that cops are given and routinely use.
