The Planned Parenthood killer has been identified as 59 year-old Robert Lewis Dear.  He killed a cop and 2 people at the clinic.

The cop that shot the kid 16 times drove all over Chicago to do it while the other cops were handling the situation.  

All cops should have mandatory annual psych exams.

According to Darshane, after police examined the video of the night, his employees discovered an 86-minute gap covering the period between 9:13 p.m. to 10:39 p.m. “I was just trying to help the police with their investigation ... I didn’t know they were going to delete it,” Darshane told the Chicago Tribune.

However, Chicago Police Superintendent Garry McCarthy said the allegations of tampering were “absolutely not true.”

“There were apparently technical difficulties, but in no way, shape or form that anything was tampered with,” he reportedly said.

See the problem is that it given all the shit that has come to light in the last couple of years it is hard to take anything the cops say as factual.

Technical difficulties that coincidentally screwed up the part of the tape that would be incriminating for the police. From now on people will have to make copies of footage before helping the police with nvestigations.

DA: Officer's gun 'accidentally discharged' in Paradise shooting

Okay - so this "Accidental discharge" happened after a cop pulled his gun and pointed it at someone.  And what was the criminal activity he was dealing with?

The officer saw a woman, later identified as Darien Ehorn, 23, thrown out of the vehicle as it overturned and hit the roadway. The SUV skidded to a stop lying on the driver’s side just past Ehorn’s body, Ramsey stated. The officer stopped his patrol vehicle and got out to approach Ehorn as she lay on the road.

As the officer got out, he saw Thomas begin to quickly pull himself out of the now-upward-facing passenger side window of the SUV. Officer Feaster then pulled his .45 caliber semi-automatic pistol to cover Thomas, as he felt Thomas was attempting an escape, Ramsey said.

So he was perfectly willing to shoot an accident survivor who is trying to get out of a wreck but is "surprised" when he does so?  Is surviving a wreck a capital crime in Pennsylvania?

Attempting to get out of a wrecked car is worth shooting someone for now? Not that he might be trying to get out of a car that could catch fire or something, and see about the driver who got thrown out.

I have no idea what goes through the heads of some of these people. Aiming the gun at someone who is trying to get out of a wrecked vehicle is not justifiable.

I know.  He was going to check out the woman in the road so he pulled his gun in case she was so badly hurt he had to put her out of her misery.  Then they would have given him the Humanitarian of the Year Award.
