According to KOB, marshals were attempting to execute an arrest warrant for George Bond in Albuquerque on Saturday, but mistakenly opened fire on a home three trailers away from the suspect’s.

When its just some Mexican I guess it is close enough for government work.

For instance, Officer Lane Eskins testified that he never lost sight of the suspect, but Sergeant Alfredo Santiago’s account placed Davis in the garage while Eskins was still a block away.

They didn't even bother to get their lies straight.

Well you know that the fingerprint "expert" lied his ass off about the guy's fingerprints being on the gun.  Such testimony isn't worth squat since police lab techs lie to support the thug cops when they frame people.
