I have long ago sensed a pattern here. Though if this kid's dad was rich and powerful enough, they probably still wouldn't have sent helicopters. In a more sane country, the people running the subway would have just left the kid alone, and taken measures to prevent this from happening again. Better security around the terminals, or something.

So once again we see that the fucking courts are just as bad.... if not worse... than the fucking cops.

A healthy suspect is arrested, thrown into a van and driven to jail, and ends up dead.  And NO ONE is responsible!

It's the Slave Patrol mentality.  NYC is just a big plantation where blacks are treated like runaway slaves and where they don't have any civil or human rights.  It becomes more racist by the minute.  Black people who live (or even visit) there should expect to be treated like runaway slaves.

Darius Robinson, whose neck was broken by Oklahoma authorities, is latest black man arrested for nonviolent crime to end up in a body bag 

And how did this happen:

On April 7, the local news reported Robinson's death like this, "When jailers attempted to restrain him, Robinson stopped breathing, state investigators say."

They make it sound almost like Darius Robinson, for some unknown reason, chose to stop breathing on his own or died of natural causes.

But then, there are those damned autopsies.

An investigative report from The Frontier uncovered the autopsy results and some of the reports from that day. Robinson didn't just stop breathing - he was placed in an illegal chokehold until they broke his neck and he died. The man didn't just "stop breathing." He was choked to death.

That makes a bit more sense.

Can't say I'm surprised. He was alive when they dragged him into the van, and was dead when they got to their destination, but they're not getting punished for it.

Yes....apparently he committed suicide while handcuffed in the back of that van.  I guess that is how the fucking judge sees it.
