This happened in Mesa, AZ  not too far away.  Watch four pigs accost a guy who is looking at a cellphone while apparently waiting for an elevator.  The story points out that he was not a suspect.... merely a friend of a suspect which is apparently enough to get your ass kicked in fucking Arizona.
