Chad, KUSA, and Magi give great advice here. Actually everyone does. I have nothing to add, but good luck!

Ensure you have another job before quitting the current one or at least a means of support such as savings, the kindness of family, etc.
Being unemployed is a huge opportunity cost, and will eat you alive if you have fixed expenses.
Always with the two week notice. The resume will have this job on there, and whether you want them to or not, they may call this place of employment, and one thing that will get your resume put in the can quick is finding out that you quit your last job with no notice.

Swagger up to his desk, unzip, rest you giant testes on it and then say "Who da man?"
Either you'll get promoted or fired.

Man I love Carlin!! and Family Guy!
I told them I was quitting and they offered me a rise and a transfer to my country to do another job for one year BUT only if I can assure them I will be working for them after that year, meaning: Back here in Italy permanently for another rise and another job (supposedly better). They are making me doubt (October 6, 2015 at 3:45 am)Aoi Magi Wrote: How you approach depends on what you want to achieve. Are you quitting on your own, or are you planning to get yourself fired? If the later, just mention his wife has lovely tits. Thanks for your advice. I actually want to come back to my country. this boring stressful job got me sick for a month and I miss my culture a lot... I told them I was quitting and they offered me a rise and a transfer to my country to do another job for one year BUT ONLY if I can assure them I will be working for them after that year, meaning: Back here in Italy permanently for another rise and another job (supposedly better). I think this fits my wants pretty well, after all I can quit anytime when I am back in my country, right? Maybe the job there will suit me better... I don't know...
I'm sorry to hear the job hasn't worked out. My advice is be honest, and as others have said try to leave on good terms.
