Gov Jerry Brown signs "Right to die" bill. Hopefully all the states will have this, people should have the right decide, if faced with no other way out except a slow, painful death.

Here's a link to that for some context: http://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/term...ns-n438896
I'm a little bit torn on states rights. I certainly believe the individual states should have some rights, because, hey, California can't just be like Vermont in every way. But with assisted suicide, I wish we were "all in". Or rather, I wish this were a federal question. A federal right. Brittany shouldn't have had to move to Oregon (great state that it is) to get help with moving on from life.

Heard this on the radio today. Very reasonable. Good going, Calofornia
California usually leads the way... with Texas bringing up the rear.
Granted it is a toss-up intellectually but Texas is much larger and thus a greater drag on progress.
Frankly...I'm surprised that you even thought of Mississippi seeing as how you haven't been over here that long.
Well, he's a knowledgeable guy - maybe he even knew of it before he first come to America?
*stops brownnosing* Anyway, great progress on the "right to die" bill, I wish in the UK people had that right.
Google search of legislation language. Not sure that this is the final language of the bill.

Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.

Actually, the ass end starts in Texas and extends east all the way to the coast (think of Florida as a hanging dingle-berry). I know what I'm talking about. I live in Louisiana and have a rectum's-eye view of it. Anyway, bravo, Governor Brown!
