Why the "There are so many interpretations of the Bible" claim is confused

Every time you write a giant wall of text, baby Jesus rapes a sheep.

It's baby Jesus' 2nd most favourite hobby.

What's his favorite? Don't ask. Something involving jellyfish.

I've heard that sometimes he does it just for shits and giggles.

I have to ground him for a week every time I catch him doing it now. Call it tough love if you like.

Watching Godschild explain the Bible is like being a fly on the wall for the first talks about D&D. I find it very entertaining to watch the mental gymnastics a guy will do to support a fairy tale book written by ancient sand people.

Godschild, it can all come clear if you realize that Revelation = Imagination, and that your brain is working overtime to fill in the blanks of a system of thought so full of holes that I could slice it and enjoy it on a sandwich.

You couldn't understand a conversation about the Bible even on a basic level, your lack of Biblical understanding can only do one thing for you, ignorant statements and deluded ideas. Before you even attempt a discussion about scriptures you should spend a few years in Biblical study.

God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.

That's a strange requirement since I'm sure you haven't spent nearly as much time (if any at all) studying the scriptures/holy books of all of the religions you dismiss out of hand. I'm sure a Muslim or a Hindu could make exactly the same point to you about your lack of understanding concerning their religions and say, "Well, you really need to spend at least a few years studying Koran/Gita/etc. before you can speak intelligently on the subject."

But you wouldn't lift a finger to do so, would you? Yet we are supposed to jump through hoops because you think it's a good idea?

Yes, I know . . . you are in possession of your god's eternal word. It's just that you can't demonstrate it persuasively to anyone other than those who are already in agreement with you or those who lack the critical thinking skills needed to understand that circular reasoning doesn't demonstrate truth.

Which character in the Bible  told the first lie?  And who was the second liar in the Bible?

...because the omnipotent, omniscient, perfect god in which GC believes is such a good communicator that he couldn't make his instructions easily understandable.

You could spend as many years as you want in "Biblical study" and you'd still only be determined to have "spiritual discernment" (or whatever the kids are calling it, these days) if you agreed with whatever fundamentalist interpretation the Christian to whom you're speaking had previously adopted. In discussions with fellow Christians, they'll have rip-roaring discussions of theological interpretations that are across the board, but they're trained to call "lack of spiritual discernment", aka "you just don't understand this at all", the moment they detect a Non-Believer.
A Christian told me: if you were saved you cant lose your salvation. you're sealed with the Holy Ghost

I replied: Can I refuse? Because I find the entire concept of vicarious blood sacrifice atonement to be morally abhorrent, the concept of holding flawed creatures permanently accountable for social misbehaviors and thought crimes to be morally abhorrent, and the concept of calling something "free" when it comes with the strings of subjugation and obedience perhaps the most morally abhorrent of all... and that's without even going into the history of justifying genocide, slavery, rape, misogyny, religious intolerance, and suppression of free speech which has been attributed by your own scriptures to your deity. I want a refund. I would burn happily rather than serve the monster you profess to love.
