Well I won't tell my lady how to groom herself (and I don't need to), I prefer as little as possible. My lady does a fine job though so no complaints.

Sorry, C_L... I voted for the fourth option, but it was a lie. You forced me to vote for ONE of them... and I genuinely like three of them, depending on the woman, type of hair, and even sometimes I like when my long-term partner changes how she takes care of things down there... a little variety is the spice of life. Start growing a well-trimmed but thorough lawn, let me get used to that for a while, then surprise me with a landing strip or a full shave, one day. It's a whole new vagina! Yay!!
About the only thing I don't like is a full bush. If you want to guarantee a man never goes down on you, though, that's a successful method! Hehe.
I also really like what Chad said. What truly matters is that my Beloved feels sexy, attractive, and comfortable all at the same time. If she doesn't, then it's harder for her to orgasm (because for a woman, most of the orgasm starts with a feeling of comfort and a lack of distraction so she can focus on being pleasured, according to every piece of research I've ever seen). If I'm imposing a personal taste on her that she is uncomfortable with, then she's likely to have a hard time coming... but as a man, it's much easier for me even if she's not my ideal of female peak sexuality, visually or otherwise. So in the end, it's about what is physically comfortable and easy enough for her to maintain (so she doesn't feel bad if I start foreplay and she suddenly realizes she'd neglected that maintenance), and what allows her to feel like she is attractive and pleasing to me, so I can be pleasing her.
