Why does Paris recieve more attention than Ankara or Metrojet Flight 9268?

Or Beirut? What's up with that? More people died from Metrojet 9268. The streets of Ankara and Beirut, Ankara in particular, were dyed with the blood of heroes, but less people seem to care about those people. Did the Eiffel Tower light up for Ankara? Instead Western leader congratulate the Fascist AKP on their election win and don't condemn the obvious lack of freedom in Turkey today.

An attack on France is an attack on the rest of the Western world, and it is big news. The Middle East has always been in the war zone so it's not news when we hear of Lebanon or Turkey being bombed.

It's because we only give a shit about our close allies everyone else can go fuck themselves.
But if Iran has issues we will gladly send freedom their way, and in all honestly why don't we just
take over the middle east already..

Paris is for lovers not killers. It is a guarantee that a lot of attention will be given when a place like this gets attacked.
