Thing is here in the UK at least, many of the immigrants that come here to work actually work a lot harder and for less money. Whereas there are a lot of lazy racist British people native to this country who do the absolute minimum whilst telling immigrants to "go back to where they came from", and that's the Britons who actually have jobs and aren't perpetually on job-seeker-allowance.
Many of the immigrants who come here have to work hard because no one is going to give them special treatment just for being native to this country. Instead they have to do a good job because otherwise people - wrongly - discriminate against them for not being British.

Racism is wrong because it dehumanizes people. Some police shoot a twelve year old black kid dead because he was holding a toy gun, and people were defending the police. What sane reason is there to justify what the police did, besides racism?

No they don't. I understand people don't generally view strangers as equal to their loved ones, but that's a bit different than saying someone is unworthy just because they're not in the same ethnic group. If the cops did a drive by shooting of a little white girl instead of a black boy, they'd be in jail. This is hypocrisy, and that's not a virtue.

Racism is not evolutionary. It is solely a social construct with vast historical and geographical factors not worth delving into for this particular discussion. Racism is still such a prevalent issue because SJWs and neo-progressives make it so. Are there still race-related problems and discrimination? Sure. It would be dishonest to claim otherwise. However, the so-called institutionalized racism and oppression that pampered, middle-class college kids protest over has little to no basis in reality.
I support immigration through legal channels. It shouldn't be an easy process, and it shouldn't be open to just anyone. If I want to emigrate to another country (any one to which you'd actually want to emigrate), generally, I need to have special skills to contribute to that country to obtain a visa. Sounds fair.
