1.Paul is no different than any other apostle. Paul went before the leaders of the 12 (Peter, James and John) and was vetted by them, even though Peter and Paul had a falling out later on, he was still regaurded as an apostle because Paul was the same gifts of Healing and prophesy/preaching the other 12 had.
2.Because the picture I am trying to share here produced an active relationship/daily interaction with the Holy Spirit. The "fruit/Gifts of the Spirit" are the indicators that one has indeed found what Jesus has promised us in this life.
Aside from the things I have personally witnessed, a good example of my interactions with the Holy Spirit are some of the answers I am given to some of your questions. A lot of you are far more educated than I am and have examined the bible/religion in ways I would have never thought to do. Meaning in most cases I would not even know where to begin to refute/answer a question. Yet one of the reasons I go line by line answering questions, is I am given the answers so quickly they can overwhelm me. So when I get a post addressed to me I will just hit respond, and then read till I get an answer, then I look up what I am given to verify it's true (I honestly in 9 years of doing this do not remember one time that it was not true) then I type it all out. although some answers I am given to are not verifiable as per the lightening bolt that gave me an answer as to how all of 'evolution' could neatly fit with in the creation narrative.
I'm not a theologian, I don't read books on theology, I don't even have bible verses memorized, the sum total of all my bible work/religious studies are done for you all, and i rarely go beyond that. yet when questioned (for 9+ years) I've never been at a total loss, and whether it be on an atheist forum or the 6 years I spent on a Christian forum I have yet been unable to provide a complete biblical answer.. Which is a big deal when speaking of the God of the bible.. Don't misunderstand, this is not because of anything I have done. This is a gift one I do not deserve, because I have not lifted a finger to work for it. All of my efforts center around simple fact checking. (how to verify the answers I am given to.)
Add to the above with the personal things I have shared here/witness (Messenger/Hell) success and unheard of 'luck' in business, and deliverance from health issues and addiction. all combines into undeniable personal proof of God in my life.
Which again, is offered to everyone here. Look at the account of doubting Thomas. Did Jesus shun him or did Jesus give Thomas everything he needed to establish and maintain his belief till his martyred death? Christ through the Holy Spirit is willing to give each and every one of you exactly what you need in the way of 'proof' to satasify you and only you completely. To the point where you yourself choose martyrdom over denial. Not that it's required, but the point being the strength in which you know something is true.
Would you mind posting a link or links to to some of the threads where you've discussed these things? I'm interested in reading about personal experiences that people find compelling enough to be considered undeniable proof of God.

So your point is???
God was lying when he said that the Law was forever? You just can't trust that guy at all!
This is why Matt 5:17 is sort of my favorite in the bible.
You either call god/jesus a lair or you ignore the passage or make up some shit saying
jesus said the OT doesn't count anymore. Either way they ignore that passage and move on from there.

The law is forever, but also know the law includes the rules for attonement.
Those who have sought and been given attonement are free from the law even though it still exists. Because Christ was punished in our stead.
Those who have not sought atonement are still bound by the law of sin. Meaning they will be responsiable for their own punishment as prescribed by the law.

Quote:“Don’t think that I have come to destroy the Law of Moses or the teaching of the prophets. I have come not to destroy their teachings but to give full meaning to them. 18 I assure you that nothing will disappear from the law until heaven and earth are gone.
The law is still in effect. All of it. If you could be bothered to even read the summery review of the romans study I posted I point out that in chapter 3 Paul shows us it is the Law that shows us we are in sin and in need of redemption. It is by the law that all unrepentant will be judged. However it is also the law that affords us atonement and salvation. How can he say this? because 1/3 to 1/2 of the law is dedicated to ways of atoning for sin. When Chirst said he came to fulfill the Law he was talking about not only extending the do's and don'ts of the law to include thought, but to provide permanent atonement.
Quote: The law will not lose even the smallest letter or the smallest part of a letter until "It is Finished."
What was Christ's final word on the cross?
"It is Finished." Meaning the time that the law could not change was at an end.
(my bold)
So you are saying that heaven and earth are gone?
You make people miserable and there's nothing they can do about it, just like god.

God has no place within these walls, just as facts have no place within organized religion.

Science is like a blabbermouth who ruins a movie by telling you how it ends. There are some things we don't want to know. Important things.

Once something's been approved by the government, it's no longer immoral.

Come now, you know this is metaphorical, no? You and your simplistic ways of understanding the sacred Bible.
Expect some twisted Greek translation lesson soon from the Drich, lol.

There's a lot of things that Christians do that would be forbidden in their Bible but they do it anyways. Mostly because it gives them power or is a way to still control the masses.

They lie and say that's in the bible or you misinterpreted it.
