Considering Mexico doesn't border China, how many Mexicans do you think are there?

We don't have a border with China but we do have a lot of illegal aliens from China here in the USA that crossed the Mexican/US border.

Yeah, no - that's a meaningless platitude. You're not going to build a wall, just like modern Chinese are not building any more great walls now - largely because they don't have to defend against Mongolian cavalry. It's a retarded idea.

No. If Trump gets anywhere near presidency - USA is finished, at least as far as international public opinion is concerned (and you can trumpet about how you don't care all you want, but you really do, because the times of America being a self-sufficient super-power are long gone). When G. W. B was elected, we were not sure who he was, so he had some benefit of the doubt. We've seen Trump on TV and if you elect that clown - you might as well elect Kermit the Frog, or Donald Duck, for all the good it will do for the prestige and credibility of american democracy. NATO would probably start bombing USA in order to remove Trump and install a more reasonable government, like a dictator, or something.

So, no - it's not going to happen. And it's not supposed to. Trump is an act.

Learn to swear at President Trump. Not only will he win but also other similar folks in other countries will soon take over as well.

I wouldn't at all feel comfortable but I am losing absolutely no sleep over it. I still think the Republicans will nominate their sanest candidate in the end (Rubio or Jeb Bush) but I'm hoping it's Trump because he will have no chance at all in the general.

I'm more and more skeptical that Trump actually wants to be President. I think he wants a soapbox and an audience and that's what he's getting. He's getting the attention all clowns crave and he is successfully drawing attention to his pet issues. Nobody serious about winning the general election says the things he says or does the things he does though. It's like he's deliberately trying to sabotage his own candidacy.

Trump won't say what he would do to terrorists in this country because it would "get him in trouble"

Quote:RALEIGH, NC (CNN) -

Donald Trump won't say what he would do to terrorists in this country because it would get him in "trouble."

"I would handle it so tough, you don't want to hear," Trump said in Raleigh, North Carolina, at a rally Friday night.

He's such a moron.

He is a not all too surprising medium term outcome of the Reagan revolution. When the mantra is "Government is the problem", instead of "government is the highest art and craft of human society", almost inevitably buffoon like trump become seen as acceptable candidates to govern.

I also want Trump to be nominated, although I oppose him politically on most things.

1. We'd get another amazing year of late night comedy jokes.

2. He'd make the funniest political cartoon, he already looks like a cartoon character anyway.

3. He's orange, like an ompaa loompa.

4. Skeptics on this website believe pretty much everything negative said about Trump, and I think that's funny.

5. Debates between him and Hillary will be hilarious, between him and Bernie Sanders would be even better.

I'm reminded that as the Nixon administration was in it's final death paroxysms, the Secretary of Defense advised the Joint Chiefs of Staff to notify him in case any 'unusual' orders came out of the White House.

I'm not sure where that would have headed if it came to pass, I'm not sure I want to imagine Melvin Laird capping the POTUS, but what else would have been on the table at the point ??

OOPS:

It was James R. Schlesinger, not Melvin. HTGO.

Actually, don't answer that. I don't really care. Trump is an asshole who's narcissism ranks right up there with the imaginary sky daddy's narcissism.

(Sung to the tune of What a Friend We Have in Jesus)
What a shit we have in Donald
All his stupidity laid bear
What he says is truly scary
Everything he does is bizarre

Have we poverty and terror
Is there war about to burst?
We should never be too hopeful
Trump will make it five times worse
