Sure - he never got his d*ck wet. He probably was a closeted homosexual, the poor, confused f***.
I heard he got nailed to a cross for kissing a dude in the park (or a garden - whatever).

Not exactly.

Firstly - it was more like a dozen blokes. (John 13:1-17)

Secondly - he wasn't caught then.

Thirdly - yeah, "feet"... Wink

That being said, I realized he is much different from most of the Gods of history.

Take the Greek/Roman Gods for example. They weren't nice entities. But unlike Jesus, they doled out one's lot in the afterlife based upon their conduct on earth. Zeus never sent anyone to Hades for not believing in him. Jesus will do just that.

There doesn't seem to be "justice" in terms of Hell. Its basically, no matter what everyone deserves to be burned in tortured forever. It's just certain people with magic coupons (Christians) can escape that fate.

I realized... Jesus is the ONLY God who operates in this fashion. Not Thor, Not Shiva, Not Quezalcoatl. Only Jesus

It seems Jesus will barely take pity on those who died in the holocaust. As terrible as their suffering was in Aushwitz, it would be nothing compared to their suffering for rejecting Jesus. The Christian camp guards on the other hand... will be a-ok, as long as they believed in Jesus Angry

I am so depressed.. it almost makes me think you dark creatures have at least a point, though I will talk and pray about this issue with my pastor.

No offense, TrueChristian, but is that what Christians really believe?

Fundies maybe.

But MOST Christians believe that people are held accountable for what they know of God and not for what they do not know. And this means "know" at a deep, fundamental level...not merely having some passing acquaintance with the story of Jesus or having said the "Sinner's Prayer". Your God may be more loving and merciful than you seem to think.

Consider that your scriptures say that those to whom more has been given, more is expected. So, it may be that some "Bible Christians" who did little to respond to the gospel find themselves on the outside looking in at the skeptics who were pleasing to God because of how fully they lived their lives based upon what they knew.

Well, take a look guys. This is what happens when a person neglects the possible beauty of a religion by interpreting it litterally. Truly sad...

Two things...
What in the bible says all those sent to Hell will burn forever?
(Jesus Himself said Hell is where God destroys the soul, not forever burn it)

What makes you think All Jews will be sent to Hell?

Was David a Christian? what about Moses? So in just those two examples we have proof that not everyone who has followed your 'christian plan of salvation' will be in Heaven.. So that must mean their is some 'other' test or deciding factor on who is and is not worthy of Heaven...

Give up? It's Jesus Himself. Jesus is the only one who decides who is and is not Christian, saved, Born again etc... He is our only judge, and the only one who can judge. Those are titles we can not assign ourselves. Only Christ has the right to assign who is and is not saved. Remember "No man comes unto the Father but by me/Christ" Jesus did not say: "No man comes unto the father but by a certain expression of Christianity." That means everyone despite what they call themselves will be judge by Christ on the same footing. Meaning not everyone who calls himself Christian is, and inturn many who would never self identify as christian for whatever reason are indeed saved.

Heb 4:
12 For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. 13 And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.

In The above passage we find that Jesus/"The word of God" (As per John 1:1 where Jesus is identified as the Word of God) is what judges everyone completely and fairly. No one will wind up in Hell because they did not self identify correctly. they will be in Hell because every part of their being crys out and demands to be destroyed by Hell fire.

... See what I mean?
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

I agree with you Drich. Since the early days of the church there have been different views espoused by respected church fathers and scholars concerning the nature of hell. In my mind , the belief that hell consists of everlasting torture has the least amount of biblical support. I happen to believe that Christ died for all, as the bible states. That doesn't mean that many will not spend time in hell. I just don't think it will be for eternity. The belief that those who who don't go to heaven will be annihilated, with or without time in hell, has also been held by many respected christian scholars. If eternal punishment in hell is the truth, God has a good reason for it, but the idea of a person spending eternity in hell for an 80-year lifetime of rejecting him, to me, seems to be against the nature of God.

I thought you clowns claimed to have read this shit?

46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.

Matt 25

So let me guess....your precious KJV fucked up the word "everlasting" and if you write it on a piece of paper and stand in front of a mirror and shove it up your own ass it does not mean that?
