Come on Nancy, get one of those back room deals; they change the optics a bit, you drop the feigned outrage, they throw you a bone on another redundant and meaningless (pick one) education/jobs/health program, you vote for a compromise bill after declaring victory, and they approve naming a library after you somewhere and you hold your nose and shake hands with Rand Paul at the dedication.

It's how the sausage is made, after all, and then the rest of us can get back to worrying about which Kardashian is carrying Prince Harry's love child.
