You don't understand the argument being presented in the film. None of the evidence, as used, is meaningful unless the chronology is shifted; it is central to the argument and cannot be set aside as you would like.

Why do we have to keep looking for evidence? you would have thought the almighty would have made it impossible for us not to believe by providing us with something indisputable, but no, instead we have a few bullshit books, and the occasional cloud that looks a bit like Jesus.

What we have is a metric fuckton of evidence that this horseshit was cobbled together in the late 7th century.  Archaeologist Israel Finkelstein in Israel and Egyptologist Donald Redford have reached the same conclusion following different lines of evidence.  It really doesn't get much better than that in archaeology.
