Humans, and all life, "works" as a system. This is trivially true, because if it did not, we wouldn't be here discussing it.

So of course anyone studying it is going to view it as a system and not just some random stuff stuck together.

I see no wisdom gained by assuming it has been designed to work the way it does. This could, if anything, throw you off, if you're trying to analyse the designer's ideas and motivations instead of studying the evidence.

No, it's not a conclusion at all. I've been saying this throughout the thread. "Designer" is the hypothesis; now come up with ways to test that against the observations. Concluding with the very thing that you presuppose is not following the evidence by any definition.

I'm not an ID advocate but it isn't hard to see ID makes hypotheses that can be tested.

Seeing as id is a word formulation created by creatards to try and pass creatardism off as science, no it doesn't. If you don't believe me google "cdesign proponentsists".
