More greetings from the Bible Belt, midwestern USA - and welcome. -- I think.
As you can tell, we have had a lot of theists here who only want to insult us. I saw your "so you don't believe in air" post, and thought "crap, here we go again". (You know that we can PROVE air exists, right? We love scientific proof here. Other types of "proof", not so much.) But, after reading a page or two, you're doing pretty well so far. We do have some theists here who are beloved members of the group. Their popularity is simple: they don't preach, they don't insult. If you ask what they think, they tell you, and that's it. They treat people with respect. You just might fit into their category. I hope so! So jump on in . . . have a look around.

Hi. What questions do you have for atheists?

Welcome!

Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.
This forum is kinda cool. Lovely people, lots of useful information. I think I am going to learn a lot about atheism here.

Welcome.
A little about atheism. First, it isn't a philosophy or a religion. It isn't a system of belief at all. An atheist is simply someone who is unconvinced that a god or gods exist, that would include evil gods like the devil and nebulously defined deist gods. We come in two kinds: agnostic atheists (the vast majority) who see no real evidence of god, but don't believe that a god have been proven not to exist; and gnostic atheists (very thin on the ground) who believe absolutely that no god exists. Most of us agnostic atheists are not, however, interested in continuously looking for evidence for gods anymore than we are interested in looking for evidence of Atlantis or UFO abductions. Been there, done that. If new and conclusive evidence of a god surfaces, I'm sure it will be on the front page. Never assume an atheist hasn't read the Bible, or knows nothing of theology, you will often be proven wrong.
If there is a god, I want to believe that there is a god. If there is not a god, I want to believe that there is no god.

There isn't anything else which takes the central place which god belief holds for you. Unless it is simply belief in ourselves as some ongoing personality whose quirks somehow fit. I believe in me. You believe in yourself and also god. You are ahead in the contest to believe in 'persons".
Atheism = not theism.
Here endeth the lesson.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'
Welcome, GIL! I am pretty new here as well. I won't repeat what others have already said, so I will just say: hello!
