It would not help me see any better, but when do eyes help to see anything past the visual?

This thread is merely about one point alone.
I know when I write something amazing, and I am not being conceited. I just wish others here would recognize it as well. Not everything I write is brilliant, but some of the stuff I do present is beyond compare.
My thing is that I do not go the lengths of providing a five paragraph response, which Esq deserves recognition for, but short and bitter can be just as satisfying.
Sometimes I feel I am not recognized as I should be. I never want to be a mod, no way, but I would love more recognition in relation to what I post than what I get.
