Shawshank and the Notebook, yes. Other than that, I can only think of Lost In Translation, which I have seen over 30 times.

Can't find 25.

But the most rewatched are "The Green Mile", All the Harry Potters, "The Boat", "Forrest Gump", "The Name of the Rose", "Tora, Tora, Tora". "Haunted" (the original), "Die Hard"m, the first two, "Silence of the Lambs".

Not quite 25, but these are the ones I never get tired of.

On second thought, there are four more. "Der Totmacher". I'm not sure, if it ever got to America. It's a film about the German serial killer Fritz Harmann. M by Fritz Lang. Again inspired by the Harmann tale. But rather contemporary. "All Quiet on the Western Front" ( The original from 1931) and "Herr Karl". Pretty sure, the last one never made it to America. It's one man, a famous Austrian authoir, actor and comedian, rambling on about his life as a human chameleon during the 20ies, 30ies and 40ies.

Ok if we count movies which haven't made it to America, I've seen both of Vicco von Bülow's films 10 times at the very least.

"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great
