Rage Quitting Again...

That's part of the problem though, isn't it? You appoint yourself as the arbiter of who you consider requires to be changed, then wonder what you did to 'offend' people. After which you compound things by lashing out whenever someone holds you to the standard you demand for everyone else. Either way, your martyr chip goes into overdrive. Now if you want to take this as a personal attack and sulk about it, please fill yer boots. Build a bridge and get over it.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

Stim, I'm starting to think he jacks off to this sort of thing. Creepy.

Considering how often this comes up, his refractory period must be even shorter than mine.

"Appoint myself"? Didn't you just appoint yourself as someone who can characterize me in such an arrogant manner?

Look, Stimbo, this is really funny, it is. 'Cause of all the people I interract with I'm the only one who was ever able to let go of grudges in order to appreciate something for its own merit and then some. I'm also about the only one who is able to blatantly point out his own "weaknesses", show he "gets" what he's being criticised for(and that should really tell you a lot), not lash out at people merely because I disagree with them, be able to make light of my own failures, admit when I'm really wrong about something, no matter who I'm conversing with and therefore no matter the unrelated faults of the opponent. I'm also the only guy ready to take all the hate and shit that's been thrown my way in order to make an actual change, and it works, I can see it at times, even though not remotely as well as I'd want it to.

But fuck it. Let's pretend this isn't happening.

Best part being I'll never get thanked for it. But that I've come to grips with a very long time ago and not on these forums. My bitterness because of it might still show through sometimes, though and I've got to work on that. It's why I'm saying all of this, in fact. Well, I guess I would delete it but you would still be able to read it and nobody will take it seriously anyway, so what's the harm.

There's a fine line between being an asshole on purpose and being one because you're a fucking idiot. There's all the difference in the world, in fact.

What's the matter bud? Was being nice too hard?
Which is better:
To die with ignorance, or to live with intelligence?

Truth doesn't accommodate to personal opinions.
The choice is yours.

Nah. I'm pretty sure your the sort of asshole that doesn't really fit into a general category. Well, except narcissism. You are a textbook example of that so much to the point that I can translate a few of your posts into what you really mean.
