For the sake of common sense

RE: For the sake of common sense
We've had a lot of threads where the thread title offered no clue to what the thread was about. I tend to just ignore those. I also usually ignore links when there is no clue as to what they are.
Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former.

So the thread I'm referring to is several pages in. Should it still be reported or should I just leave it up to staff to figure out which one I'm talking about?

PM me Judi and i will have a look.

To clarify, in most cases the staff will insist that the thread has 'something' beyond just a video. If it's just a video and violates 30/30 we will remove the link and lock the thread (as there will be no content).

For older members then we'll look at it make a call. Generally a thread title or something will give enough context, but if there's nothing we'd generally prefer something be added. We are a discussion forum after all, and usually the OP will have an opinion on the video (or whatever l). At least you'd hope!

OK. Give me a few minutes to find it and I will pm you. I can't send a link because I'm at school and on my phone, but its an active thread so you should be able to find it.

I don't click if there's no description either.

You're welcome to PM me about this in the future if you don't feel a formal report is appropriate, and I'll request the OP add some content.
