Question about alerts.

Every once in a while, I get an alert that UserThisNThat has quoted me. I click the link and not only has UserThisNThat not quoted me, but neither has anyone else on that page of the thread. Is this a glitch in the software, am I doing something to cause this behavior or is it something else?

I think its a glitch. Mine was glitching too.
