Competition for that title must be fierce. If nothing else, designation as the most political politician is a vote of confidence in the ability of a candidate which I doubt can be made for any other in any relevant category.
I take it you're voting Hillary?  Not a voting man myself, but if I had to decide the winner in a competition amongst liars, shills, and simpletons...I'd probably go with the most accomplished liar.

To be honest, though, Bill did a great job when he was in office. I cannot imagine Hillary would be any less significant.
