That's just it, the bible never states that humans were created in their current form, If you remember the Bible clearly states that God made man in his own image, which was spirit. This takes place In the first chapter of Genesis, man was not given a physical form until the third chapter, which was Adam. Who by the way lived 900+ years so if anything, man devolved. It is my position that life never had a beginning, it's always existed. Quote:John 1 You guys seem to be unable to understand how God had no beginning, yet if science states that energy cannot be created or destroyed, you're perfectly fine with it. I'm an eternal being, therefore I have always existed, and when I leave this body I will continue to exist. So, for all the rich detail in Genesis god just happened to leave out the story of how man evolved (or devolved) after creation? He just figured we'd infer it? This makes sense to you? For a guy who loves to tell stories, it seems weird that he would choose to leave out such a big one from his book.

OR, God was feeling generous that day and decided to give the evolution thing to science?

Evolution is the explanation of how life adapts to survive and thrive in various environments. It says nothing about the origin of life because that's not the question it's attempting to answer. Seriously, all of the theists on here should take 5th or 6th grade science again.
