Emph.
Didn't say that, though.

I'm sure she is. Just not to me, apparently.

I just want to better understand that rule, is all.
Previous observation and interaction.
Ok, no problem.

Any relevant difference?

Aww. Nah she's not being not lovely.
I don't wanna speak for her I just think she is tired of you because of all your previous shit in the past... I'm almost always the same with you lately, I'm just in such a good mood right now that that isn't applying right now, I dunno.
You're not currently breaking the rules and you're not currently being an asshole so I'm fine with you. And even if you were being an asshole now I'm in too good of a mood to let it bother me. You're not though. Not right this minute. Yet. I hope you keep it that way.

Perhaps. Given that you have gone in a quest to question every rule in the forum and ending up fainting that you haven't been satisfied by the response, If I was in the staff, you would be my lowest priority. The staff has more important things to do than to satisfy your... curiosity.

No, you weren't wrong. However, this inquiry into where the lines are drawn and rules lawyering is the kind of thing that we've come to expect from trolls (no, I don't think you're a troll).
The lines are subjective, and depend the totality of circumstances as well as the participants' history.
Generally speaking though, we step in when things become toxic. That generally means a speedbump (i.e. a general in-thread warning to all participants) asking everyone to tone it down a notch, with potential escalation if that speedbump isn't heeded.
My personal view is that participants in threads in R'lyeh are voluntary combatants and I'm reluctant to step in unless it becomes overly toxic. I realize that is subjective, but it's necessarily so.

That was directed at Evie, not the staff at large. I'm sure he didn't mind.

The relevant difference is I didn't say always and it seemed to me like you wanted me to retract/change that bit(something I never said).
