One thing's for sure: he did claim to be the son of God... or the godhead, same difference. (By the way, I think it was turquoise).
'We must respect the other fellow's religion, but only in the sense and to the extent that we respect his theory that his wife is beautiful and his children smart.' H.L. Mencken
'False religion' is the ultimate tautology.

I actually bought his book, thinking it was a 9/11 conspiracy book. Boy was I right. By the second chapter we had gone full reptilian overlord with no turning back.

You could've found that out in the bookstore with a quick perusal.

He also believes in the 'Godhead'... which is where, I suspect, the original poster's interest in him comes in. That brings a question to mind.
@Godhead: Do you believe in extraterrestrial lizard overlords?

No, I don't. Why would I? And how can you possibly not know whether you believe that something exists or not? I'm not asking if you know for certain... I'm asking whether or not you believe his claims about reptilian overlords is true. You must know whether or not you believe that claim. It's a simple yes or no question.

I haven't seen one, and I haven't personally come across any compelling evidence to make me believe or lack belief in them, only hearsay. As a result, although they may or may not exist, I couldn't say.

You couldn't say that you don't believe in them?
Well, do you believe in them then? We all know what we believe or not. The only other place belief can be is if we literally believe it is exactly a 50/50 chance, or that you have no idea what the probability is.
So, let's put it this way. Do you believe that there is an under 50% chance they exist, over 50 percent, exactly 50 percent, or you have no idea what the probability is?
