Encouraging women to willfully forgo exploration into their full potential as human beings, and dismiss their aspirations outside of being a wife and mother is in no way treating them as equals. It doesn't matter how much their doted on or how much vapid nonsense their provided access to in order to fill the hours.

As I said, women aren't forbidden to explore their potentials in career, they are often encouraged to work. They'll just be missing out. So they choose to have fun instead of slaving away.

Like I said, women aren't restricted to explore their career prospectives. They are often encouraged to,if that is what you meant. They choose not to because it makes sense for them.
