God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.
From a secular standpoint GC the vernacular of Churh is more commonly the building religous people meet in, not the church (as is the common vernacular in Christianity) that we understand to be the gathering of like minded individuals (wherever that may be).
