Sure. Weak atheism is the default stance. No belief that the claim is true, or is false. It's redundant to say this is also agnostic, since with no beliefs come no claims of knowledge.
After looking at how stupid the claim is, how there is no evidence, and how it often contradicts the evidence we do have, it's reasonable to upgrade this to strong atheism in many cases (belief that the claim is probably false). This can be agnostic or gnostic.
I'm working on a video about all this to make it clearer.
