no, no, no, no, no.....


They're small, like muffins.... they taste of cheese... well these do, because of the "requeijão" (which is a kind of fresh cheese).
The name "queijada" comes from our word for cheese "queijo", but some similar sweets also got to have the same name... -.-'
The inside is usually soft as if the cookie dough (containing the cheese) didn't cook properly... yum yum!

From Portugal too, but now it is not sunny no more, but still warm, overcast with a nibble of rain. Over here religion is not as pervasive as is seen in other parts of the world. We usually are more worried about earthly issues more.
