Heh.  Even some christard has realized that Chick tracts are completely batshit crazy and bad for the brand. Time to get out the swords and shields (oh wait, fundies have guns these days) and start fighting over how to worship Jeebus the right way . . . again.

I just looked at the sort of authorities the writer prefers. They appear to be very pro-Jack Hyles. For the record, Hyles was very extremist, and had very extreme pro-child abuse views. He also started up a college that's more extreme than Bob Jones and has an alarming track record: if anyone from Hyles-Anderson becomes prominent, it WILL be because they had sex with children. Here's some case studies, including one school principal who decided to re-enact the plot to Lolita with an 11-year-old student.

To be fair, apparently, the child Jack Hyles would routinely inflict marathon spanking sessions on didn't go on to molest kids. He was just a standard garden-variety adulterer who may or may not have killed his 15-month-old kid (and maybe another).

Disturbingly, these fuckers are a 90-minute drive from my home.

Regardless, repenting of sin and / or believing on Jesus Christ  are the same thing.

Repent = turn away from
Sin = unbelief

So to repent of sin means to turn away from unbelief.

Believing on Jesus means one has obviously turned away from unbelief.

Therefore trying to make repenting of sin / believing on Jesus Christ to be two different things is arguing semantics.
