Still no idea what your objection is, sorry EP. I'm just asking if you personally would get in the machine, yes or no. You can have whatever experience you want. There would be no "problems", as far as you were concerned, further to ones you wanted there to be. That is the thought experiment; Hammy's link probably explains it better. If you find it flawed, then please just ignore the question. It's not meant to be any more complex.
My clinging to reality has always been because of the eventual consequences to myself and others; remove those, and I would not be precious about it.
