Men are visually stimulated. If a woman wants to turn men on all she has to do is show more skin. When a man is more stimulated, he is more likely to make a move on a woman, especially if he or she is drunk i.e. date rape. If a woman wishes to keep herself from being harassed or attacked she is better off not to show a lot of skin. I'm not saying she should wear a burka, but there are conventional norms. Of course the rapists are at fault and should be prosecuted to the max, but we all have a responsibility to act in a manor that limits our chances of being a victim of crime. Daily we all take certain precautions and avoid certain situations that could get us hurt.
