Several recent polls have Trump ahead of Clinton. And her lead over him has disappeared. I didn't think it would disappear this quickly. But Trump, to his credit, keeps gaining ground. He is now ahead of Clinton by 0.2% on average. Cue the mental gymnastics Clinton lovers. This is yet another sign of how bad Clinton is.

Meanwhile, Sanders still leads Trump by double digits (also as of May 22). This is the one election where the super delegates need overturn the popular vote to give the Democratic Party the more electable nominee. Otherwise what's the point of them? People need realize the November election is not a closed Democratic primary...

EDIT: Just to add, a 2016 poll of 62,000 registered voters finds that Sanders is the most liked Senator in the country.

That is all well and good for Grump but here in the US, presidents are elected via the Electoral College process, not by popular vote. Your post above is silent on electoral votes for either candidate. If you don't live in the US, perhaps you weren't aware of that.

I am well aware the United States is not a very democratic country. If you look at Clinton's average poll leads over Trump in key swing states (e.g. Ohio and Florida) they are small (smaller than the leads of Sanders). A large portion of the Democratic voter are not very enthusiastic about Hilary, and Republicans win when voter turn out is low. I think Trump will win if Clinton is the nominee of the Democratic Party.

The American system never changed since it was first established. Voting day on an ordianry workday doesn't stand for a good good turnout. Most people will be busy earning a living.

The only thing where it changed was actually for the worse. When corporations were considered people having voices. That's when big money started to call the shots instead of the people. It's pretty bad in Europe, but it's worse in the USA. None of their politicians actually represent the people anymore. Only the ones bribing them.

How about backing up this idiotic claim.

One doesn't seek the Presidency for money - not that the Clintons are in any need of it. Bill and Hillary both could make millions annually just giving speeches. They're doing what they're doing because it's what they believe in.
Hillary didn't do Jack Shit when she was a Senator.  She will be completely useless as the President.  The only thing the Clintons believe in is their own glory.

Pretty ironic coming from a Trump supporter.

Hillary doesn't need Ohio & Florida to win.  It would help her if she did carry those States because they represent 47 votes but she could lose them as long as she held on to the other Blue States that Obama won in 2012.

The only poll that matters is a poll of the Dem voters in the Blue States.  It's a waste of time and money to poll anyone else.

This is good news.

I know you atheists don't beleive in God or prophecy, but you might want to check this out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tqwFWD_Htfo. Remember, this prophecy was made back in 2011, before anyone knew Trump would take off.

I admit, I had reservations about Trump at first. He promoted gambling and promiscuity. But I realize now that I need a president who will help our country, make it "Great again" even if I don't think he'd make a good pastor or Sunday school teacher.

Hillary seems the absolute worst. She has been a crook since the 1980s and she and her worthless husband have to be the most overrated couple in America.

The democrats made a big mistake, putting all their eggs in the Hillary basket. Two years ago, she was touted as this "invincible, undefeated candidate." I believed she would win, easily because of her secretary of state position, and her (admittadly formidable) hubby Bill, the wily horndog with a silver tongue.

Its incredible how far she has fallen. She has to fight tooth and nail to defeat an unelectable socialist extremist. Bill has been the biggest surprise of all. I was so sure he'd be such an asset to her, as he was an asset to Obama in 2012.

Surely, the notion of "How good things were in the 90s" would be a part of the campaign? Instead, Bubba is nearly invisible, and has shown himself to be little to no help to Hellary at all.

I hope she loses and goes to jail

Also the Democrats abandon being the party of peace by electing Clinton over Sanders. For the first time in a long time the Democratic candidate will be more hawkish then the Republican candidate.
