They can look rather sexy, but high heels do look awkward, too. I like women's college tennis and soccer, and whenever I see a team photo at a formal, the front row looks like it's about to fall over.

Girls' Converse boots look amazing, I think. It's like the brand was launched especially with girls in mind.

I may not be the brightest bulb in the shop, but one thing I've learned over the years is to never, EVER criticize a woman's taste in shoes. Safer to tell her that her firstborn looks like a poorly shaved gibbon.
