CIJS, if this is how you treat people who were all up until just now supposedly valued friends, by turning on them in an instant and not talking to them like intelligent adults, then no wonder it drives your boyfriend nuts and no wonder you have so many problems relating to people.

I give my sweat and tears and soul to my group. Your feelings, frankly, are not relevant to my decision making process because IT IS NOT ABOUT YOU. It's not about me. It's not about ANYBODY. It's about the group. You aren't part of the staff or the people who show up to vote and you don't contribute in any meaningful way except as my gossip buddy, and that's totally fine and I loved you for it until you decide I need to run my decisions past you to protect your feels. You are not my president. I don't answer to you. I can and will do what's best for the group, not for you, because ultimately that's what's right and what's fair. That's why I'm the VP, not you: because I'm willing to put my feelings in a box and do the work and make the dirty decisions and deal with the hard things and hard people.

I'm not one to walk on people, except in their own heads. It can, however, seem that way when I step over your prone body when you throw yourself down in a tantrum, and keep on walking.

Well... you're on the right track... Sex does contribute to the release of pain-killing hormones.... they have a name....but I don't remember them... doesn't matter...
