Yesterday was a crazy day at the retail place where I work: we were understaffed, but the associates pulled together (some of them stayed past their scheduled hours) and did a superb job; they epitomized teamwork and excellence on that day. Not at all - showing appreciation for employees is one hallmark of an excellent supervisor or manager, from an employees POV.
