I thought I specified I was searching for someone who Loved morrowind so much that oblivion was a disappointment, thus being of like mind in the requirements of a good rpg and meeting my expectations to answer the question, of ; If skyrim, is worth the go...

if u guys loved oblivion, despite how high of expectations it should have had, given morrowind had much more content. ... then why did u enter a comment *face palm*
... LOLz XD

good answer though, Redbeard the Pink. Given the state of the room when you entered.

Maybe quit acting like a dick and you'll get better replies.

Skyrim was fucking awesome. If you skip it you'll be missing out. That being said, play it or don't. I personally don't give a shit.

I just pre-ordered Skyrim on PS4.

Playing Witcher 3 these days. I have to say, as a fantasy RPG, it is WAY better, in pretty much every way a game can be better.

I like the Witcher series, though I've only played the third, but I haven't finished it yet.

I've been playing it pretty hardcore for about 2 weeks-- I NEVER skip a quest that I can do.  And after 2 weeks, I've just gone to Skellige and I'm about lvl 20.  As far as I can remember, I pretty much finished Skyrim in a weekend, and I didn't bother with the "side" quests because they were all just repeated auto-quests, like "Go to cave X and kill (randomly named level-appropriate mob)."  Boo.

So far, every single quest in the Witcher feels like a new quest, although I'm kind of over the "follow the scent to X" quests.  But still, at least they each have original lines for their NPC's, some varying lore etc.

I never understood this obsession with torrents. There are enough platforms on the web offering download links, if you want to pirate something. Which I, admittedly, did in the past. A factory update certainly won't work with a pirated version. Unless someone happens to crack and post it somewhere.

But the legendary edition on steam goes for 19.90 these days. At least I got mine for that price.

Aye, I use them far less these days since I actually have some measure of disposable income these days Tongue

I wonder what a game like Skyrim is going to be like in complete VR. Like climbing that mountain's gotta be cold, and all the time fearing for your safety galloping on your horse and damn... Panic

I've never pirated games, but I would definitely do it for TV shows and movies.
