I feel a bit relieved.
RE: I feel a bit relieved.
Ok Enrico. So, have your beliefs all you want but don't state them as facts that's all. Facts require evidence.

See you at dinner.

If consciousness has no part in judging whether someone is human or sub-human then you got to produce evidence that by looking at a body is enough to say that someone is human.
Right?  Lightbulb

Please don't bring wine for me.  Thanks

You're just putting words in my mouth when I prefer whine. You said a person can become subhuman. I say no. The burden of proof lies with you.

How's about sparkling grape juice?

What about your burden of proof that is enough to look at a body to say that that is human?
Where do you put the consciousness?  Rolleyes

LR, what to you suggests consciousness isn't the outcome of the brain's processes but something external?

Step one in English: if you don't sleep for a loooong time, you will make errors.

About the other thing, I don't agree with you and I never will but like I said if it's just your "beliefs" then it's whatever. I think your beliefs are terribly immoral but oh well.

Behind the finger that pull the trigger there is the mind.
And it is the mind in charge not the finger or the body so to judge someone you judge
his-her mind-consciousness not his-her body.
