What most 'atheist' on 'Christian forums' didn't/don't get is their base line arguments defile the integrity of the believer in some way. Meaning the general charge is one of ignorance/in ablity to reason or they default to some sort of fallacy.

 

I'd be interested if you expand on that ... doesn't questioning the integrity of God or Christ "defile the integrity of the believer in some way" ?

And why is an atheist position a "default to some sort of fallacy"? I would argue that the religious do this each time they refer to the Bible ...

I'm pretty sure we don't ban religious folks for their beliefs. It's just that they stop coming after 1 or 2 posts. Just when I was warming up for a good debate.

No way. We don't even ban people for holding extremely offensive, unpopular beliefs.

Any belief system that cannot withstand scrutiny needs reconsidering.

The last person I expect to be able to convert anyone is Drich. His christianity obviously is as unattractive and borderline despicable as they come. Only if you're into S&M would you be tempted.

I get banned from CF quite often.

Then you're a douchebag for continually trying to circumvent the ban.

I got banned from AF.com - once. I didn't try to go back with a new account because it's their site and they can allow or disallow whomever they please.

Doesn't change the fact that you can say about anything you want here. As long as you don't preach, you can come in, all bibles blazing. Which isn't the case on christian forums. Question belief or dogma, in short, don't join the circle jerk, and you're banned.

Calvinism, if anyone does not know, is the most offensive, bigoted, elitest clap trap you will eve come across.

As creepy as it is, it's probably the most intellectually honest version of Christianity I've seen. They've learned to let go of stuff like free will and humans having a choice if they go to heaven or hell in lieu of keeping a truly omniscient deity. Sure, their god looks like Cthulhu with a beard, but at least it's accurate to the source material.

No. I got soft-banned from worthychristianforums and decided I didn't like Christian forums.
