If anything - apocalyptic locusts seem even less appetizing than the regular ones... I'm not sure I'd want to eat an insect, that looked like a horse(?), with a man's face, long hair and large fangs. It might make for a cool pet, though...

Regarding balut, I didn't realize it was cooked prior to consumption for quite a while. I still wouldn't eat one, but I think it is far less disgusting cooked compared to what it would be raw.
The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
