Quote:Less than half — 45 percent — of Republican voters say they are satisfied with Donald Trump as their party's presidential nominee, according to the latest results from an NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll released Monday.
Another 52 percent said they would have preferred someone else as the GOP standard bearer, while the levels of satisfaction are reversed among Democratic voters, 52 percent of which said they are satisfied with Hillary Clinton as their party's nominee in November.
Which paints a better picture of the Republican electorate than it does of the Democrats.

If you take just a moment to remove you head from your ass or your ass from your head, you might notice that Trump has also been caught in a criminal act by begging at the doorstep of foreign politicians. Which is against the law, in case you don't know.
Hillary got big bucks from the Arab muslims and other foreigners. Bring some cuffs for her corrupt lying ass.

That's too funny. The Repubs had 16 other crazies they could have supported and they didn't. If the dummies want to win they had better ride Trump to victory. The story is typical propaganda BS. Trump should easily defeat the corrupt lying Hillary if for no other reason than the Presidency usually changes hands after 8 years with one party in charge.

There is no such thing as fellow atheists. Only people having different opinions and values. Atheism as a defining factor matters as much as having to take a leak off and on, as far as real life and the world is concerned.

And, IMHO, that's part of the problem. I understand the idea of herding cats, but if only we could cooperate a little more...

There's just no unifying cause or claim, in atheism. If you're looking for solidarity, you're going to be disappointed.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

Atheists have disagreements on everything, with the exception of the obvious. Nothing new there.

And who would subscribe to the values of the other, just to make a point? If these values are against everything they hold dear? Who would make that kind of compromise of adopting a stance that totally goes against their grain? Seems like a shitty deal if there ever was one.
Atheism, as I often say, doesn't define me. It's just the absence of the god brake. Otherwise I'm an individual making individual choices and having individual interests.
