hello people I am knew to the forum I have no Idea how it works I know I feel like an idiot ::p but how you change the photo and stuff I have no idea how this forum works....

One other thing... the introductions subforum is for just that... introductions. Any future threads you'd like to start, should be posted in the appropriate subforum.
 For example this thread should be in the suggestions/feedback etc subforum. Welcome to AF! Disclaimer: I am only responsible for what I say, not what you choose to understand.

For the most part you type stuff and hit "post reply." There is a User CP (control panel) button up top which should help you customize things to your liking.

Once you've read the rules, maybe you'd like to learn a bit about your UCP. There's a link up there, too. Play around with the available options. I like to disable the "new" text editor, as it's a bit limited when we want to break apart a quoted post. Other than that... Browse, see what each of the existing threads is all about and participate.
