The Mandela effect is a hilarious new mass psychological delusion where people think they remembered something differently to how it is, and instead of blaming their own faulty memories, they'd rather believe that CERN has fucked up the interdimensional planes and/or it's a sign of the end times and jesus is coming back.

how come we all know that in JFK's assassination there was 4 ppl only inside the car, but now it's 6 ppl.

In the case of minor details, like bridge words in the title of a thing or a quote, or the number of people in a car during an event where something way more important was happening, it's more likely that some people misremembered, and then repeated that misinformation to the point that it spread and, eventually, took prominence over the accurate version as the more used cultural meme. People are fallible.

There's something irritatingly conceited about this Mandela effect nonsense, because boiled down to its most basic argumentation, it's just: "I can't possibly be wrong about what I remember, and therefore if something in reality does not match my memory, then clearly something is wrong with the universe, and not me."
