If god is the locus of moral values then why did he write the things he did? God chose only one occassion to directly author 10 of the 613 laws in the bible. These were so important he personally crafted them. Yet 3 of the 10 are injunctions not to call him names and 1 is a trivial injunction not to take a fancy to your mates donkey. Why did the creator of the universe, the master of 4billion galaxies think these were more important than condemning slavery or child abuse. Both of which are later condoned?
